We sell lamb 3 ways:


1) Come out (by appointment) and pick up your order fresh from our freezer.


2) Order a custom cut whole lamb in the fall and our excellent butcher will cut and freeze it to your specification. See below for details.


3) Self-harvest a lamb on our farm (experience and own tools required). Contact us for info. See button below.


Freezer Sales:

The variety packs are approximately a quarter lamb. They contain chops (mostly loin and rib), ground, stew / kabob pieces, and some have half leg roasts (your choice).


In September 2023 a highly respected chef in Frederick evaluated our lamb for us and gave this report: "I'm impressed! the flavor is sweet and mild and the fat renders beautifully. This tells me that the animal had a great diet. Also, the marbling is good and kept the lamb nice and moist even when I intentionally overcooked it a bit."


- So enjoy our luscious lamb, but don't overcook it, for best results.


All of these lambs were raised by us from birth on our farm. They ate only mother's milk, forage (grass, clover and herbs), hay, and minerals as they frolicked with their flock. Never any grain or confinement. We do not use any antibiotics unless necessary to save an animals life. We do basic vaccinations and generally use herbal medicines and wormers.
